• Major Update to iOS Mobile App: We've updated our iOS app with improved performance and user experience. New features include intercom support, Single Sign-On (SSO) login, and AI analytics for license plates and people. An update to the Android app is coming next.
• New Alerts Dashboard: Introducing a centralized alerts dashboard for managing alert settings and feeds. Search alerts across cameras and locations from a single page, and create alerts for multiple cameras with customized regions of interest.
• Camera Reboot from Dashboard: Coram-provided cameras can be rebooted directly from the camera settings page for easier management.
• Local Streaming via WebRTC: Added support for local streaming when WebRTC is enabled on a camera, allowing video streaming through the local network even if not on the same VLAN.

• Improved Gun Detection: Enhanced our gun detection model for higher precision and reduced latency, resulting in quicker and more reliable alerts.
• Alerts Connected to Notification Groups: A single alert can now notify multiple contacts, easily managed from the settings page.
• Enhanced Timeline Page: Upgrades to the timeline page now allow users to see faces, vehicles, and people separately, with faster loading times.
• Performance Improvements: Increased speed on the AI Analytics tab for faces and profiles, and faster loading of clips and live streams in the iOS app.
• Improved Download Experience: Users can now choose to download audio or selectively download video clips containing motion within a specified time frame.

• Face Recognition and Uploads: Fixed issues related to face recognition and uploads for smoother operations.
• Video Clip Loading: Resolved issues causing short video clips not to load properly and reduced unnecessary clip loading to improve performance.
• User Interface Fixes: Fixed scrollbar behaviors, floor plan scrolling issues, and ensured camera passwords are hidden for non-admin users.

• Dewarped Views for Fisheye Cameras: We shipped universal dewarping that works with any fisheye camera. Our software will automatically detect if a camera is a fisheye and generates multiple dewarped views.

• Auto-Tracking for PTZ Cameras: For Coram PTZ cameras users can enable auto tracking for people and vehicles from the dashboard. 

• Reduced Firearm Detection Latency: We’ve made significant improvements to reduce the latency in firearm detection, ensuring quicker response times.

• Timeline Page Revamp: We have done major upgrades to the user interface of the timeline page. Now the users can see: faces, vehicles, and people separately on the timeline page.

• Video Clip Loading: Resolved an issue causing very short (<4s) video clips to not load properly.

• Settings Dropdown: Fixed a bug where the settings dropdown menu wouldn’t automatically close after selection.

• Real-time Firearm Detection and Alerts [Beta Release]: Powered by large language & vision models (think ChatGPT), firearm detection and alerts are available in beta within the Coram AI platform – increasing safety with real-time alerts. • Floor Plans: Users can now upload floor maps and drag-and-drop cameras, simplifying camera management and visualization.
  
  
• Connectivity Tools: Speed and ping tests added for troubleshooting, helping administrators diagnose and resolve network issues.
  
  
• Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) Control from Timeline: Control PTZ cameras directly from the timeline page, facilitating quick adjustments during setup. This supports any ONVIF compliant IP camera.
  
  
• License Plate Results Export: Export license plate results as CSV, simplifying data analysis and reporting.
  
  
• Launch of 8, 32, and 80 channel Coram Point servers: Coram Points are now available to support 8, 16, 24, 32, 64, and 80 channels. An even larger capacity Coram Point is coming soon.

• Extended Clips Download Duration: Video clips of up to 2 hours can be downloaded, the previous limit was 1 hour. If you require longer download duration please reach out to support.

• Manual Camera Addition: Users can now manually add camera to Coram Point using the IP address of the camera. This is useful when automatic camera discovery may fail due to VLAN isolation.

• Multi-Factor Authentication: Admins can now enable multi-factor authentication for their organization from the Settings page.
  
  
• Journey for Vehicles: We have extended the Journey feature to include both people and now vehicles. Users can automatically track a vehicle across multiple cameras in seconds, saving hours of investigation time.
  
  
• Vehicle-Person Proximity Metric: Users can now create a dashboard to see how often a person comes close to a moving vehicle or forklift. Organizations can use this to highlight examples of dangerous activity, creating easier training opportunity for employees.

• Static IP for Coram Point: Users can now set the static IP address to the Coram Point network interface from the Coram dashboard. This has been widely requested and allows for more reliable and consistent network management.
  
  
• Bandwidth Preserving Streaming: On the timeline page, we have made Standard Definition the default to preserve bandwidth. Users can enable High Definition streaming for their own account by going to Settings > Personal.
  
  
• Longer Default Clip Length: We have increased the default length of video clips from 3 minutes to 10 minutes. So when you click on the timeline you can see longer clips at once

• Improved Discover and Journey: Upgrade the foundation model used in Discovery and Journey, making searches more accurate.
• New Design of Archives: Archives has been completely redesigned. You can now share archive externally with users not on the Coram AI platform, and they will get a secure link to open it on browser or mobile.
• Longer Archive Length: Increase maximum video archive length to 1 hour from 30 minutes
• Upload Picture for Person of Interest: Users can now upload a photo of a person of interest and get alerted if they show up on camera.
• Insights: You can create custom dashboards and get insights into things like vehicle or person counting, pallet counting, and line crossing metrics. The number of dashboards you can build is unlimited. 

• Improved Video Quality: We fixed a bug that was slightly degrading video quality even when there was motion in the scene.
• Fixed Video Jitter: We reduced jitter in the video, it was happening on the cameras with H264 codec. Users impacted should now see smoother video. 

Note: If you ever notice that the video streaming quality is not as good as what you see directly from the camera, please reach out to us. That's not expected, and we would love to fix it.
